Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in new, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
